Hotels on the Canary Islands range from grand, first class luxurious hotels to the small local hotel, rich in Canarian ambience.
The larger islands tend to have a wider selection of budget hotels and accommodation that cater to the more "touristy" visitor. On the smaller islands you'll find plenty of cosy Spanish hotels offering top class service.
Whichever island you want to visit remember to book the hotel well in advance, especially if you are planning on visiting in high season.
